Mystery Program

Q: I’ve had this program for a while now. All it does is pop up, it has no name, and then goes away in a second. I’ve ran Norton, Avast, Spybot S&D, and Microsoft Spyware. None of them said I had a problem. I have tried looking at the Task manager, and it dosn’t show up there because it is too quick. Can you help me?

Q: I realy counfuised about RSS feeds and bloging I would realy appreatite you to help me learn to use this use full item. I would also like to know what pod casting and how it works on my new i pod mini.

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It was first created by Netscape for the My Netscape portal, but it’s widely used now by bloggers and podcasters.

Computer Won’t Start

Q: My computer lock up for no reason and when i restart itit will not go past the BIOS and then i swtich it off and on from the back it works Fine for a while.

Sean’s note: one possibility is overheating. Caller might want to crack open the case to make sure things aren’t jam-packed together, and that items like the hard drives, RAM, and video card have room to breathe (ie move a PCI card down if it’s blocking the video card cooling fan).
